General Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Orders from the Thermo Smart EOOD online store are delivered only within the Republic of Bulgaria via the courier company Speedy.

Shipping costs are not included in the base price of the products and are calculated automatically when you finalize your order on the checkout page.

All orders are processed after confirmation. Please provide a valid and accurate phone number when filling out your information.

Order Processing and Shipping

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. The shipping schedule is as follows:

• Same-day delivery: For all orders placed by 5:00 p.m. on a business day.
• The next business day: For orders placed in our system after 5:00 p.m.

Orders placed on official days off (Saturdays and Sundays) or official holidays are processed and prepared for shipment on the first following business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

When placing your order, you can choose the delivery method that's most convenient for you:

• Delivery to a personal or business address: The package is delivered directly to your doorstep during the courier’s regular business hours. We recommend that you provide an address where you or an authorized representative will be available to receive the package.
• Delivery to a Speedy office or pickup kiosk: You can select a specific office that is convenient for you to pick up your order during that branch’s business hours.

Delivery Time: Once the package has been handed over to the courier, delivery is made within 1 to 2 business days to most locations in the country. There may be slight variations from this timeframe for smaller or more remote locations, depending on the courier company’s service schedule.

Payment Methods

For your maximum convenience and security, we offer two main payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (in cash or by card): Payment is made directly to the courier upon physical receipt of the shipment at the delivery address or at the office.

2. Online with a debit or credit card: Secure, real-time payment during the checkout process on the website.

Important Information and Responsibilities

Please check the condition of the package and the box immediately upon receipt, in the presence of the courier, for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.

Thermo Smart EOOD is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted shipping information provided by the customer.
• Our team or the courier was unable to reach the customer by phone.
• Force majeure or internal technical delays within the courier company's logistics network.
