Yes. If you are in Sofia and need the thermometer urgently, please contact us by phone. If possible, we can arrange for it to be delivered in person the very same day.

On a single charge, the battery lasts approximately 5 to 7 days of continuous operation, depending on usage. Typically, it lasts for 10 to 14 nights of 12-hour operation.

The most common reason is that the app has not been granted all the necessary permissions.

Please check to see if you have enabled:

• Bluetooth access;
• Access to location (if required by the device);
• Other permissions requested by the app during initial setup.

Check to see if:

• The phone's sound is not turned off;

The thermometer is lightweight, comfortable, and attaches to the body with a medical or silicone patch without disturbing your child's sleep. The data is automatically sent to your phone in real time, so you can monitor the temperature without waking your child for additional readings.

Each box contains:

• 1 smart thermometer;
• 20 single-use silicone patches;

If necessary, you can order additional sets of patches directly from our store.

For maximum comfort and a secure fit, we recommend changing the patch every 8–9 hours.

For more active children, or if the patch is exposed to sweat or worn for an extended period, it may lose some of its stickiness more quickly. In that case, replace it with a new one.

Changing the adhesive strips regularly ensures greater comfort for the child and a more secure fit of the thermometer against the body.
