For normal operation, the application processes the following information locally on the user's mobile device:
- Information about the connected Smart Care Bluetooth thermometer;
- Temperature readings received from the connected device;
- Technical information required for Bluetooth connectivity and the proper functioning of the application.
2. How We Use Information
The app does not collect or transmit any information. Data processed locally by Smart Care is used exclusively to provide the app's core functionality.
Smart Care does not use personal or health-related data for advertising or marketing purposes and does not sell user information to third parties.
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We do not sell users' personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage
Information stored locally on the user's mobile device remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, the app's data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
5. Health-Related Data
Smart Care is an app designed to work with compatible Smart Care Bluetooth thermometers.
The app does not measure body temperature on its own. It receives and displays temperature readings from a compatible external device.
Smart Care does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment and is not intended to replace professional medical advice or consultation.
6. Data Protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse.
